Noroo R&C established its Code of Ethics in January 2016 and reorganized its sustainability framework through ethical management. In June 2022, the Code of Ethics was revised to align with rapidly changing social environments and international standards. We remain committed to moving forward as a transparent and sound company.
Noroo R&C has abolished prescriptive, obligation-based ethical regulations and established a new Code of Ethics that reflects the UN Global Compact’s 10 Principles as well as insights from employee interviews and surveys, in response to globalization and the rise of the MZ generation. We provide company-wide training to build understanding and consensus and run various campaigns to encourage practical implementation. Looking ahead, we are considering expanding these initiatives to include external stakeholders such as partner companies.
